CIBINONG, (BS) – Semenjak hadirnya Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) banyak masyarakat yang terbantu dan merasakan manfaatnya. Seperti halnya dengan Iyeum (57), Nenek asal Desa Cibening Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor ini mengaku datanya tidak termasuk dalam Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) hal tersebut ia sayangkan karena ia seorang janda yang hanya mengharapkan pemberian dari anaknya ini merasa kesulitan membayar iuran bulanan.
“Saya pernah didaftarin jadi peserta JKN mandiri ikut kartu keluarga anak saya ketika itu jadi dibayarkan sekaligus dengan anak saya. Sekarang saya sudah pisah kartu keluarga jadi sendiri dan sampai sekarang masih dalam proses pengajuan pendaftaran di desa sebagai Peserta Bantuan Iuran (PBI) agar iuran setiap bulan dibayar oleh pemerintah. Karena sudah tua saya khawatir tiba-tiba jatuh sakit jadi harus punya perlindungan sebelum sakit, bukan hanya tua yang muda juga harus terlindungi karena sakit tidak ada yang tahu datangnya kapan,” ujar Iyeum, Senin (07/11).
Bersyukurnya Iyeum selama ini sampai menginjak usia senja belum pernah sakit berat yang mengharuskan ia dirawat inap. Walau pun begitu sejak ada Program JKN ia menyadari pentingnya memiliki perlindungan sehingga membuat ia meminta anaknya untuk mendaftarkan dirinya. Saat ini sudah terpisah kartu keluarga dengan anaknya ia berharap terdaftar sebagai peserta PBI agar tidak membebankan anaknya untuk membayar iuran setiap bulan.
“Saya kan sudah tua, hidup sendiri dan gak mungkin pergi keluar kota jadi terdaftar PBI dari Pemerintah Daerah tidak masalah walau pun hanya bisa digunakan di daerah. Yang berbayar dan gratis dari pemerintah juga sama saja pelayanannya dari pengalaman tetangga seluruh pelayanan kesehatan dijamin tanpa membayar iuran sepeser pun. Saya berharap segera terdaftar yang gratis oleh pemerintah karena sudah pasti meringankan beban untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari,” tambah Iyeum.
Mendengar kata BPJS Kesehatan dan Program JKN yang terlintas dipikirannya adalah kartu kesehatan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah untuk meringankan biaya pengobatan pesertanya, maka dari itu ia berharap dapat didaftarkan menjadi peserta JKN segmen PBI APBD. Baginya terdaftar sebagai peserta JKN merupakan hal yang wajib dimiliki seluruh masyarakat sebagai perlindungan diri dari biaya pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak terduga ketika sakit.
