Reskrim Polsek Natar Amankan Pelaku Curas

Natar, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Tim Unit Resrkim Polsek Natar, Lampung Selatan (Lamsel), berhasil mengamankan seorang pelaku tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan (curas).

Pelaku yakni YP (25) warga Dusun Sidoharjo I, Desa Merak Batin, Kecamatan Natar. Ia dibekuk polisi dalam Ops Sikat Krakatau 2021, Sabtu (10/7/2021) petang, sekira pukul 18.00 WIB.

Sedangkan, korban Dwi Apriono (45) tinggal di Desa Gunung Tapak Udik, Kecamatan Gedung Meneng, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang.

Mewakili Kapolres Lamsel AKBP Edwin, Kapolsek Natar Kompol Hendy Prabowo membenarkan ihwal penangkapan yang dilakukan oleh jajarannya itu.

Ia menceritakan, penangkapan pelaku lantaran diduga telah melakukan aksi curas di pinggir Jalinsum Desa Merak Batin, Kecamatan Natar, sekitar pukul 05.30 WIB, Minggu (20/6/2021) lalu.

“Modus operandi yang dijalankan oleh pelaku terbilang lama, yakni memanfaatkan kelengahan korban ketika menepikan kendaraan hendak memeriksa kondisi ban belakang mobil,” urai Kapolsek berpangkat Komisaris Polisi itu.

Melihat pintu kemudi ditinggal dalam kondisi terbuka, terus Kapolsek, secepatnya pelaku yang sebelumnya telah mengintai korban, dengan mengendarai motor Honda Vario warna hitam menghampiri korban dan langsung menarik tas yang berada di dalam mobil.

Bukan tanpa perlawanan, anak korban ND (12) yang berada di dalam mobil sempat adu tarik-menarik dengan pelaku. Namun, tas berwarna abu-abu itu berhasil dibawa kabur pelaku.

Akibatnya, korban harus menanggung rugi kehilangan uang tunai sebesar Rp. 4 juta, KTP dan SIM B1 atas nama korban. Lalu, korban melaporkan kejadian itu ke Polsek Natar guna penyelidikan dan proses hukum.

“Dengan laporan itu, Unit Reskrim Polsek Natar langsung bergerak cepat mengumpulkan bukti-bukti dan keterangan saksi untuk mengidentifikasi serta mendeteksi keberadaan pelaku agar tak keduluan menghilang,” lanjut Kapolsek.

Akhirnya, pelaku YP berhasil diketahui dan ditangkap petugas saat sedang duduk-duduk di rumahnya yang berada di Dusun Sidoharjo 1, Desa Negara Ratu, Kecamatan Natar.

Saat diintrogasi di tempat, pelaku tak berkutik dan mengakui perbuatannya kepada petugas. Bersama tersangka, petugas mengamankan barang bukti diantaranya 1 buah tas warna abu-abu milik korban, uang tunai sebesar Rp. 1,3 juta dan 1 unit sepeda motor merk Honda Vario warna hitam milik pelaku.

Lalu, pelaku berikut barang bukti dibawa ke Mapolsek Natar guna proses penyidikan dan penyelidikan lebih lanjut.
