Gunung Putri, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Lahan Fasilitas Sosial (Fasos) dan Fasilitas Umum (Fasum) milik Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bogor yang terletak di Kecamatan Gunung Putri, diduga digelapkan oleh PT Ferry Sonneville (PT FS). Lahan yang semula diserahkan seluas 140 Hektar, kini hanya tersisa 70 hektar saja.
Saat dilakukan revisi Site Plan pada tahun 2004, lahan milik pemda yang sebelumnya sudah ditandatangani Bupati Bogor Agus Utara, seluas 140 hektar. Namun pihak PT FS melakukan revisi kembali pada tahun 2016 dan ditandatangani oleh Kepala Dinas Tata Ruang Kabupaten Bogor, Joko Pitoyo, dengan luasan lahan milik pemda hanya 70 hektar. Dengan begitu, Fasos Fasum milik pemda hilang setengahnya.
Anehnya, Perusahaan Pengembang Perumahan di Kecamatan Gunung Putri itu, membuat site plan dan menyerahkan lahan Fasos Fasum tersebut hanya menggunakan surat Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (PPJB). Sedangkan, PPJB tersebut bukan merupakan bukti kepemilikan tanah. Namun anehnya, Pemkab Bogor menerima revisi site plan pada tahun 2016 menggunakan dasar surat hanya PPJB.
Setelah dugaan disulap oleh PT FS, Fasum yang hilang sebanyak 70 Hektar tersebut kini akan dibangun menjadi perumahan dan sudah dikeluarkan ijin Lokasi oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Bogor, dengan luasan 15 hektar yang terletak di Desa Bojong Nangka, Kecamatan Gunung Putri, yang dimohon oleh PT Properti Membangun Indonesia pada tahun 2020 lalu.
Terlebih, lahan yang masuk dalam site plan PT FS yang sudah sirevisi tersebut, nyatanya sudah bukan sepenuhnya milik PT FS, melainkan sudah banyak yang dibeli orang lain dan sudah banyak memiliki sertifikat.
Menurut warga perumahan PT IPI, Rijal menuturkan, saat ini lahan Fasos Fasum di dalam perumahan yang saat ini dikuasai oleh PT FS sudah banyak yang hilang. Malah, sebagian lahan milik umum tersebut ada yang sudah di kavling kan oleh PT FS.
“Memang sudah gak ada Fasos Fasum didalam Perumahan kami, malah ada sebagian Fasos Fasum yang di kavling oleh pengembang dan akan diperjual belikan,” pungkasnya. (San)
