Bogor, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Setelah mendapat kritik keras dari publik soal dugaan praktik kotor bisnis PCR yang diduga melibatkan Menko Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, kini kelompok di lingkaran Luhut ramai-ramai pasang badan. Terbaru muncul Septian Hario Seto SHS dengan tulisan panjangnya sampai 23 point membela habis-habisan Menko Luhut.
Septian Hario Seto yang baru saja diangkat menjadi komisaris BNI, sebelumnya menjabat sebagai staf khusus Deputi Bidang Koordinator Investasi dan Pertambangan, dan jauh sebelum masuk lingkaran pejabat pemerintahan SHS sudah 10 tahun bekerja dengan Luhut di Toba Bara Sejahtera.
Bahkan dengan karir cemerlangnya bekerja mengikuti luhut saat menjadi staf tercatat kekayaan SHS mencapai Rp 5,1 miliar, setelah menjadi komisaris kekayaan SHS tentunya bisa semakin melejit. Sama halnya dengan kekayaan Luhut yang terus meroket, kekayaan Luhut hanya dalam 5 bulan naik Rp 67,7 miliar meskipun lagi pandemi, sekarang kekayaan luhut Rp 745 miliar.
Dalam pembelaan SHS soal proyek PCR yang melibatkan nama Luhut, ia berusaha keras meyakinkan publik bahwa dirinya dan Menko Luhut begitu peduli dengan persoalan negeri dalam menghadapi pandemi, bahkan secara emplisit tanpa uluran tangan Luhut negeri ini tidak berdaya.
SHS berusaha keras menyampaikan ke publik bahwa Luhut sudah banyak memberikan donasi seperti alat PCR, ekstraksi RNA, reagen dan alat lab ke Fakultas Kedokteran, meskipun tidak dijelaskan rinciannya. Termasuk didirikannya GSI ia menjelaskan meskipun ini adalah perusahaan bukan yayasan, seperti namanya ada unsur Solidaritas keuntungan dari proyek yang didapat dari GSI nanti digunakan untuk amal.
Jadi SHS ingin menyampaikan kepada publik bahwa Pak Luhut sebagai pejabat memang memiliki kaitan kuat dengan perusahaan GSI, dan benar mendapatkan proyek PCR “, tapi dia mengingatkan keuntungannya nanti didonasikan ke Fakultas kedokteran seperti alat PCR dan lainnya “atas nama Pak Luhur, tentunya”. Jadi benar kalau pak Luhut bilang ke publik bahwa dia tidak ambil untung dari bisnis PCR.
Pembelaan SHS ini sangat aneh karena memang berangkat dari logika yang aneh serta banyak hal yang tidak dia ungkapkan, toh ini memang hanya pembelaan, sebatas bawahan yang membela atasannya.
Publik tidak perlu berharap lebih, Luhut dan lingkarannya yang tajir-tajir menjelaskan kepada publik, kenapa saat harga PCR yang harganya sampai Rp 2,5 juta sebelum Oktober 2020 pemerintah termasuk mereka adem ayem saja. Setelah Oktober 2020 harga PCR berubah-ubah tidak jelas harga standarnya berapa. Mulai dari Rp 900 ribu dari Oktober 2020 sampai Agustus 2021, kemudian berubah lagi jadi Rp495.000-Rp525.000 sampai Oktober, dan terakhir ternyata harga PCR bisa dipatok Rp275.000-Rp 300.000 sejak akhir oktober, bahkan ada yang mengatakan tes PCR kalau mau bisa saja Rp 10 ribu.
Publik juga tidak perlu berharap lebih, Luhut dan lingkaran menjelaskan dengan jujur, apakah betul sebatas urusan PCR negara ini tidak mampu lagi dan benar-benar tidak ada duit. Padahal data menunjukan soal anggaran untuk penanganan kesehatan di tahun 2020 yang digelontorkan Rp 99,5 triliun yang dipakai atau terealisasi hanya 63,6 persen. Di tahun 2021 dari Rp193,9 triliun alokasi anggaran penanganan Covid-19 untuk sektor kesehatan, baru terserap 53,9 persen, padahal sekarang menjelang akhir tahun.
Belum lagi soal temuan terbaru, dari bisnis PCR saja uang yang berputar sampai Rp 23 triliun dan keuntungan yang diperoleh dari kelompok yang berbisnis soal PCR bisa mencapai Rp 10 triliun lebih. Dari sini bisa disimpulkan, saat pandemi pejabat kita tidak serius bekerja untuk rakyat,mereka sibuk dengan kelompoknya berbisnis kemudian untuk menutupi borok sesekali mereka berdonasi dari hasil untung ini.(red)
