JAKARTA, (BS) – Perkembangan situasi pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia terus membaik. Karena itu, pemerintah memutuskan untuk mengambil beberapa langkah pelonggaran, antara lain terkait kebijakan pelaku perjalanan dari luar negeri (PPLN) yang kini tidak perlu melewati karantina, melainkan hanya melakukan tes usap PCR.
Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Presiden Joko Widodo dalam keterangannya terkait Kebijakan Pelaku Perjalanan Luar Negeri (PPLN) dan Panduan Protokol Kesehatan Ramadan dan Idul Fitri 1443 H, di Istana Merdeka, Jakarta, Rabu, 23 Maret 2022.
“Pelaku perjalanan dari luar negeri yang tiba melalui bandara di seluruh Indonesia tidak perlu lagi harus melewati karantina. Namun, pemerintah tetap mewajibkan pelaku perjalanan yang tiba dari luar negeri untuk melakukan tes usap PCR. Kalau tes PCR-nya negatif, silakan langsung keluar dan bisa beraktivitas. Kalau tes PCR-nya positif akan ditangani oleh Satgas Covid-19,” ujar Presiden.
Lebih lanjut, Kepala Negara mengatakan bahwa situasi pandemi yang membaik juga membawa optimisme menjelang datangnya bulan suci Ramadan. Kepala Negara menyampaikan, tahun ini umat muslim dapat kembali menjalankan ibadah salat tarawih berjemaah di masjid dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan serta dapat melakukan mudik Lebaran.
“Bagi masyarakat yang ingin melakukan mudik Lebaran juga dipersilakan, juga diperbolehkan dengan syarat sudah mendapatkan dua kali vaksin dan satu kali _booster_ serta tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, bagi para pejabat dan pegawai pemerintah, kegiatan buka puasa bersama dan gelar griya _(open house)_ masih dilarang. Presiden pun kembali mengingatkan pentingnya disiplin menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan berharap tren yang makin membaik ini dapat terus dipertahankan.
“Saya minta kita semuanya tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan, disiplin menggunakan masker, rajin mencuci tangan, dan jaga jarak,” tandasnya. (***)
