LEUWISADENG, (BS) – Pengurus PWI Kabupaten Bogor hari ini menggelar kegiatan pelantikan pengurus sekretariat wilayah II Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia sekaligus syukuran kantor sekretariat yang berlangsung di kantor sekretariat di Kampung Kosol RT 07 RW 04, Desa Sadeng, Kecamatan Leuwisadeng, Kabupaten Bogor, Kamis (31/03).
Ketua PWI Kabupaten Bogor, H. Subagiyo berpesan kepada sekretariat wilayah II PWI Kabupaten Bogor dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk membangkitkan jurnalis yang profesional.
“Apa itu yang disebut wartawan profesional, yaitu adalah yang meliputi kaidah-kaidah undang-undang pers, kode etik jurnalistik atau perilaku wartawan, norma perilaku wartawan,” katanya.
Camat Leuwisadeng, Rudi Mulyana mengucapkan, selamat kepada Agus Muslim yang menahkodai Sekretariat wilayah II PWI Kabupaten Bogor. Dirinya pun menyampaikan, baik pihak kecamatan maupun desa diwilayahnya membuka lebar untuk menjalin sinergitas antara wartawan dengan pemerintah.
“Jadi kedepan mudah-mudahan bisa bekerja sama antara media dengan pemerintah desa maupun kecamatan yang ada di wilayah Bogor Barat ini,” ucap Rudi Mulyana.
Sementara itu, Ketua Sekretariat wilayah II PWI Kabupaten Bogor yang baru saja dilantik Agus Muslim mengatakan, setelah melalui perjalanan dan perjuangan dalam mewujudkan mimpinya untuk memiliki wadah organisasi kewartawanan yang sah dan diakui oleh negara.
“Saya dengan teman-teman yang baru saja di lantik akan berjuang sekuat tenaga agar wadah organisasi ini memiliki kewartawanan yang profesional dan mewujudkan wartawan di wilayah bogor barat ini yang ramah, objektif dalam pemberitaan. Alhamdulillah Akhirnya atas perjuangan kita, cita-cita besar kita untuk memiliki Sekretariat wilayah II PWI Bogor Barat terlaksana,” tambahnya.
Untuk diketahui, Kegiatan pelantikan pengurus dan Syukuran Kantor Sekretariat tersebut, turut dihadiri anggota DPRD Kabupaten Bogor daerah pemilihan (Dapil) 5 Aan Triana Al Muharom dan Daen Nuhdiana, Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Kecamatan (Forkopimcam) Leuwisadeng, Ketua Apdesi Kecamatan Leuwisadeng H.
