JAKARTA, (BS) – Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo meninjau langsung situasi terkini arus balik Lebaran 2022 serta upaya rekayasa lalu lintas yang diterapkan untuk mengurai kepadatan, di Pos Pengamanan Halim Km 3+500, Jakarta, Jumat (6/5/2022).
Dalam kesempatan itu, Sigit mengecek rekayasa lalu lintas skema one Way dalam menghadapi arus balik yang telah diterapkan sejak pukul 14.00 WIB, mulai dari KM 414 Tol Kalikangkung hingga KM 47 Tol Cikampek, dilanjutkan dengan Contraflow hingga KM 28.
“Dari proses perjalanan one way yang dilaksanakan mulai dari jam 14.00 WIB, maka kita lihat bahwa kepala one way sudah masuk di KM 70 kurang lebih sekitar tiga sampai empat jam. Lalu selanjutnya dari KM 70 ke KM 47 di berlakukan One Way dan kemudian KM 47 sampai dengan KM 28 diberlakukan Contraflow,” kata Sigit usai melakukan peninjauan.
Sigit menjelaskan, rekayasa lalu lintas one way sudah diterapkan sejak pukul 14.00 WIB hari ini, lantaran dari parameter volume kendaraan sudah mengalami peningkatan signifikan per jamnya. Sehingga, kepolisian bersama stakeholder terkait lainnya memutuskan untuk menerapkan strategi rekayasa lalu lintas demi mencegah maupun mengurai kepadatan arus balik.
“Kita lihat bahwa seluruh perjalanan lancar. Dan kenapa dari pukul 14.00 WIB tadi dilaksanakan kegiatan One Way, karena memang dari parameter atau indikator yang ada. Angka kepadatan sudah mulai meningkat diatas 3.700. Bahkan terdapat data dalam waktu dua jam sampai di atas angka 5.000. Sehingga mau tidak mau One Way harus dilakukan,” ujar eks Kabareskrim Polri itu.
Meskipun diprediksi akan terus mengalami peningkatan volume kendaraan saat arus balik, Sigit memastikan bahwa, seluruh personel kepolisian telah diminta untuk memberikan pengamanan dan pelayanan optimal kepada masyarakat.
Semua upaya dan strategi tersebut, kata Sigit, dilakukan demi memberikan situasi yang aman dan lancar kepada masyarakat yang kembali pulang, usai merayakan Lebaran bersama keluarga dikampung halaman.
“Tentunya seluruh anggota akan bersiap di lapangan, dan melakukan evaluasi-evaluasi. Sehingga proses arus balik, yang saat ini sudah mulai berjalan. Dan bahkan mulai tadi malam semuanya bisa berjalan dengan aman dan lancar. Kami, telah instruksikan kepada seluruh anggota untuk memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal untuk pengamanan dan pelayanan arus balik,” ucap mantan Kapolda Banten itu.
Lebih lanjut, Sigit menekankan, pihaknya akan terus mengikuti perkembangan arus balik Lebaran 2022, yang mana prediksi puncak arus balik akan terjadi pada tanggal 6 hingga 8 Mei 2022. Menurut Sigit, beberapa kesiapan dan antisipasi lainnya pun telah disiapkan secara matang dan penuh perhitungan apabila terjadi kepadatan volume kendaraan saat arus balik.
“Perkembangan untuk penarikan kepala one way dari Kalikangkung dan ekornya nanti apabila memang arus baliknya padat akan ditarik sampai ke KM 3+500 atau di Gerbang Tol Halim. Bila dalam perkembangannya kemudian kepadatan terus meningkat, mau tidak mau harus kita urai, maka akan kita tarik ekor One Way ini sampai di Gerbang Tol Semanggi,” papar Sigit.
Disisi lain, Sigit mengimbau kepada masyarakat yang akan menuju Bandung maupun wilayah Jawa Tengah, untuk menggunakan jalur-jalur alternatif yang telah disediakan.
Adapun jalur alternatif yang bisa dilalui masyarakat diantaranya adalah, Tol Jagorawi melalui Ciawi-jalur Pantai Selatan. Lalu, Tol Jagorawi melalui Cibubur- Cileungsi-Jonggol-Bandung. Dan Jalan Arteri Kalimalang-Kedung Waringin-Karawang.
“Tentunya akan kita ikuti, dalam beberapa hari terakhir ini. Dari data yang ada, sampai saat ini, kurang lebih ada 549.000 kendaraan yang melintas masuk ke arah Jakarta. Artinya masih kurang lebih ada 1,7 juta yang lalui tol. Dan kurang lebih 480.833 yang akan melalui arteri. Jadi tentunya peningkatan arus akan terus terjadi,” tutup Sigit. (Red)
