Jogja Apartemen Diputus PKPU Oleh Pengadilan Niaga Semarang

Bogor, (BS) – Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Semarang telah memutuskan perkara Nomor: 10/Pdt.Sus/PKPU/2022/PN.Niaga.Smg antara Sdr. Sri Uni selaku Pemohon I PKPU dan Sdr. Charlie Himawan selaku Pemohon II PKPU melawan PT. Surya Argon Jaya selaku Termohon PKPU yang mengelola dan membangun Jogja Apartemen dalam keadaan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang Sementara (PKPU-S) selama 45 (empat puluh hari) hari, ujar Zentoni, S.H., M.H., selaku Kuasa Hukum Konsumen Paguyuban Jogja Apartemen, pada Rabu, tanggal 20 Juli 2022.

Lebih lanjut Zentoni menjelaskan dalam pertimbangan hukumnya Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Semarang menyatakan Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) terhadap PT. Surya Argon Jaya selaku Termohon PKPU layak untuk dikabulkan oleh karena telah memenuhi ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang;

“Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) terhadap PT. Surya Argon Jaya ini untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada PT. Surya Argon Jaya selaku Termohon PKPU untuk mengajukan Rencana Perdamaian yang meliputi tawaran pembayaran sebagian atau seluruh utang kepada kreditornya,” papar Zentoni.

Di samping itu selain memutuskan PT. Surya Argon Jaya dalam keadaan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang Sementara (PKPU-S) selama 45 (empat puluh lima) hari Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Semarang juga mengangkat mengangkat 2 (dua) orang Pengurus yaitu (1) Sdr. Andi Agus Ismawan, S.H., M.H (2) Sdr. Awan setiawan, S.H., CTL., yang kesemuanya terdafar di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Republik Indonesia;

Untuk itu Zentoni menghimbau kepada seluruh konsumen Jogja Apartemen segera mengajukan tagihannya sesuai batas waktu yang ditentukan oleh Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Semarang dengan menghubungi hotline nomor 081317422079
