BOGOR, (BS) – Proyek Peningkatan Jalan Cihideung – Maseng di Desa Cibalung, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor yang dikerjakan oleh penyedia jasa CV.Haskar persada kian berpolemik.
Pasalnya pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan tersebut selain kualitas beton cair atau ready mix yang diduga minim sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya keretakan pada hasilnya juga diduga pelaksanaan pekerjaan itu melanggar ketentuan yang ada dan berlaku.
Hal ini terungkap ketika media ini mengkonfirmasi ke pihak-pihak terkait pada proyek tersebut.
Berikut Kronologinya:
1. Pihak Penyedia Jasa CV. Haskar Persada yang dikonfirmasi menyatakan bahwa untuk ready mix yang dipakai dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan itu mereka menggunakan fresh beton indonesia yang sudah di trial mix di PUPR Kabupaten Bogor.
” Pakai fresh beton indonesia…sudah trial mix di pupr kab. Bogor dan pakai fc 10 dan fc 20 normal,” jawab Inu (CV.Haskar Persada-red), Rabu (03/08)
Inu juga mengaku sudah mengantongi JMD (Job Mix Desain) nya.

Job Mix Desain adalah formula yang dipakai sebagai acuan untuk pembuatan campuran. Formula tersebut harus sesuai dan memenuhi persyaratan.
2. Berdasarkan pengakuan pihak pelaksana CV Haskar Persada tersebut, Media ini pun mencoba mengkonfirmasi kepihak instansi terkait dalam hal ini Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Laboratorium Klas 1A Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Bogor.
” Untuk kegiatan tersebut, uji betonnya baru Pengajuan Kerja, berupa Pengujian JMD untuk mutu beton yang akan digunakan,” jelas Boby Kepala UPT melalui pesan WhatsApp dihari yang sama yakni 3 Agustus 2022.
Boby menambahkan pelaksanaan baru bisa dilanjutkan jika hasil pengajuan JMD mutu yang dipersyaratkan masuk.
” Jika hasil pengajuan JMD mutu yg di persyaratkan masuk, maka bisa dilanjutkan ke tahap pelaksanaan,” jelasnya.
3. Konfirmasi media ini ke pihak UPT Jalan Jembatan Kelas A Wilayah III Ciomas yang punya tugas pengawasan pada proyek tersebut didapat informasi yang berbeda.
Andri Wistiantio selaku Kepala UPT saat disampaikan bahwa Informasinya pada proyek itu belum keluar Uji Trial Mix nya Andri menjawab sambil bertanya balik
” Itu info dari siapa? mana bukti blm ada?,” tulis Andri via chat WhatsAppnya kepada Beritasatoe.com, Jum’at (05/08).
” Coba dicek lagi mungkin beliau lupa krn saking banyaknya…kalau blm ada hasil ujinya mana diijinkan sama konsultan pengawas…Intinya yg terpasang akan kita uji lagi mutunya..kalau tidak sesuai ya paling parahnya kita bongkar,” tegasnya.

Untuk diketahui proyek peningkatan jalan Cihideung – Maseng yang menelan anggaran Rp. 1.972.950.800.00 dana APBD Kabupaten Bogor tersebut, dengan penyedia jasa CV.Haskar Persada dan Konsultan Pengawas PT Bina Index Colsult, belum lama dilakukan pekerjaan tampak sudah terjadi retak – retak yang cukup parah di beberapa bagian.
