Menurut dokumen kontrak dan fisik di lapangan diantaranya Pembangunan ATM Centre yang mana dikerjakan oleh CV. JA berdasarkan Surat Perintah Kerja Nomor 027/2159.19/SPK-RSUDL/VI/2020 tanggal 8 Juni 2020 sebesar Rp144.929.175,00. Jangka waktu pelaksanaan selama 45 hari kalender terhitung sejak 8 Juni s.d. 22 Juli 2020. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan terdapat kekurangan volume fisik pada item pekerjaan dinding bata, sloof, dan plat beton sebesar Rp3.108.080,00.
Selanjutnya, pekerjaan Pemasangan Paving Block Lobby A dilaksanakan oleh CV. JA berdasarkan Surat Perintah Kerja Nomor 027/292.32/SPK-RSUDL/X/2020 tanggal 27 Oktober 2020 sebesar Rp272.057.870,00. Jangka waktu pelaksanaan selama 25 hari kalender terhitung sejak 27 Oktober s.d. 20 November 2020. Ditemukan kekurangan volume fisik sebesar Rp10.191.961,00. Pada item pekerjaan pemasangan paving block dan pengecatan dinding.
Tak hanya itu, pekerjaan Renovasi Bank BJB yang dilaksanakan oleh CV. JA berdasarkan Surat Perintah
Kerja Nomor 027/191.29/SPK-RSUDL/VII/2020 tanggal 10 Juli 2020 sebesar Rp175.547.718,00. Jangka waktu pelaksanaan selama 36 hari kalender terhitung sejak 10 Juli s.d. 14 Agustus 2020. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan terdapat kekurangan volume fisik pada item pekerjaan dinding bata, plafond, dan plat beton sebesar Rp5.267.047,00.
Selain itu, pekerjaan Renovasi Isolasi IGD Ponek yang dikerjakan oleh penyedia jasa CV. TS berdasarkan Surat Perintah Kerja Nomor 027/180.71/SPK-RSUDL/VII/2020 tanggal 29 Juni 2020
sebesar Rp352.580.954,00.
Jangka waktu pelaksanaan selama 60 hari kalender terhitung sejak 29 Juni s.d. 27 Agustus 2020. Pemeriksaan fisik di lapangan dilakukan secara uji petik atas beberapa item pekerjaan seperti pekerjaan pemasangan kaca dan kusen alumunium. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan terdapat kekurangan volume fisik pekerjaan sebesar Rp14.985.623,00.
Sementara, Pekerjaan Renovasi Poliklinik dilaksanakan oleh CV WL berdasarkan Surat Perintah
Kerja Nomor 027/182.75/SPK-RSUDL/VII/2020 tanggal 1 Juli 2020 sebesar Rp329.030.800,00. Jangka waktu pelaksanaan selama 112 hari kalender terhitung sejak 1 Juli s.d. 20 Oktober 2020.
Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan terdapat kekurangan volume fisik pada item pekerjaan dinding partisi, dinding kedap suara, dan pengecatan plafond sebesar Rp7.630.195,00.
Terakhir, Pekerjaan Renovasi Ruang OK dilaksanakan oleh CV IBS berdasarkan Surat Perintah Kerja Nomor 027/285.26/SPK-RSUDL/X/2020 tanggal 12 Oktober 2020 sebesar
Rp990.356.265,00.
Jangka waktu pelaksanaan selama 75 hari kalender terhitung sejak 12 Oktober s.d. 25 Desember 2020. Pemeriksaan fisik di lapangan dilakukan secara uji petik atas beberapa item pekerjaan
seperti pemasangan balok, plat bondek, plint vinil, vinil lantai anti bakteri,
pemasangan granit, dan pekerjaan water proofing dak. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan terdapat kekurangan volume fisik pekerjaan sebesar Rp8.256.827,00.
