IMG Masih Dalam Proses, Bangunan IPA PDAM Kota Bogor Sudah Berdiri. Kok Bisa?

BOGOR, (BS) – Tudingan warga Desa Palasari, Kecamatan Cijeruk terkait berdirinya bangunan gedung di are WTP/IPA milik PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor, ternyata bukan isapan jempol belaka.

Hal itu ditegaskan oleh Kepala UPT Tata Bangunan wilayah II Ciawi Agung Termidi, kepada awak media Minggu (01/2022), yang menyatakan bahwa pihaknya baru melakukan proses peninjauan ke lokasi terkait adanya informasi perluasan.

Untuk prosesnya sejauh mana Agung mengaku tidak tau, karena kajian melibatkan banyak pihak, baik DPMPTS, PUPR, ada DKPP, DLH, Jika terbukti belum menempuh perijinan maka pihaknya akan mengambil langkah-langkah, setelah melakukan peninjauan, pihaknya akan buatkan berita acara yang akan dilimpahkan kepada Pol PP Kabupaten Bogor untuk melakukan tindakan tegas. dengan melayangkan surat peringatan satu, dua dan tiga hingga dengan memberikan sanksi lainya bahkan pembongkaran.

Lebih lanjut Agung menjelaskan, pihaknya memiliki tenaga pengawas di masing – masing wilayah dan pengawas lapangan memiliki keterbatasan Kewenagan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya di lapangan. sehingga memerlukan informasi dari berbagai pihak sebagai bahan evaluasi dan peninjauan ke lokasi yang disinyalir melakukan pelanggaran.

Disinggung tentang ijin bangunan yang didirikan oleh pihak PDAM Tirta Pakuan, pihaknya mendapat pengakuan bahwa pihak PDAM jauh – jauh hari sudah berupaya menempuh hal itu, namun mereka masih terbentur dengan palang pintu ijin lingkungan dari warga setempat.

“Intinya mereka mau ngurus ijin warga tapi lagi-lagi yang jadi kendala warga gak mau mengeluarkan ijin warga. Belum lagi ada hal-hal lain yang sampai hari ini belum disepakati, kami gak faham ada kendala apa dalam hal itu. Intinya, Ijin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) PDAM Kota Bogor di wilayah Palasari itu belum selesai dan masih dalam proses”, tukasnya.

Dilokasi yang sama saat awak media menemui dua orang staf direksi PDAM yang juga usai bertemu dengan Kepal UPT Tata Bangunan Wilayah II Ciawi, yang salah satunya mengaku sebagai staf bagian legal, untuk konfirmasi, yang bersangkutan malah menolak. dengan alasan bukan kapasitasnya untuk memberikan penjelasan.

“Silahkan bapak menghubungi Pak Iman selaku Humas PDAM, karena sy bagian legal perusahaan, itu bukan ranah saya”, pungkasnya.

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, Dirut PDAM Tirta Pakuan Rino Indira Gusniawa dan Humasnya, masih enggan memberikan klarifikasi yang diminta.
