Belum Setahun Jalan Beton Samisade Desa Cigombong Rusak. Pemdes Tuding PT. PPE Main Curang

CIGOMBONG, (BS) – Program Samisade tahun 2022 yang merupakan produk Bupati Non Aktif Ade Yasin, kini telah dimulai. Namun, di beberapa desa Program Samisade tahun 2021 masih menyisakan masalah. Seperti halnya di Desa Cigombong.

Selain soal penggunaan bahan besi bekas pada pembangunan jembatan rawayan penghubung antara Kampung Bata Alam Cigombong dengan Perum Lido Permai Desa Ciburuy yang kasusnya seakan dipeti-es kan, kini jalan beton yang menghubungkan antara Pasar Cigombong dengan batas Desa Tugu Jaya yang dipersoalkan.

Pasalnya, meski umur jalan beton yang menggunakan dana Samisade itu usianya belum genap satu tahun, namun kini kondisinya sudah rusak parah di beberapa bagian, sehingga mengecewakan masyarakat yang notabene sebagai penyumbang terbesar biaya pembangunan jalan tersebut.

Mirisnya, setiap beritasatoe.com hendak meminta keterangan kepada Kepala Desa (Kades) Cigombong Heri Hendrawan terkait banyak hal yang seharusnya diperjelas, dia selalu tidak berada di kantor desa dengan berbagai alasan yang disampaikan oleh para stafnya. Bahkan, saat kades ada, satu orang oknum staf dan satu orang oknum anggota sosial desa Cigombong malah menciptakan kebohongan publik dengan menutupi keberadaan kades yang sebenarnya ada di kantor desa, hingga diduga melecehkan profesi wartawan.

Mewakili pemerintah Desa Cigombong, ketika dikonfirmasi terkait kondisi jalan beton Samisade tahun 2021 yang kini kondisinya sudah rusak kembali, Sekretaris desa Cigombong Adi mengakui hal itu. Menurutnya kondisi itu terjadi akibat kinerja PT. Prayoga Pertambangan dan Energy (PPE) selaku “pengelola” dana Samisade 2021 dan sebagai penyedia ready mix beton, tidak bekerja secara profesional. Bahkan dia menduga adanya permainan curang.

Sekdes mengungkapkan, bahwa pengecoran jalan di jalur pasar Cigombong – Sukamanah dilaksanakan oleh PT. PPE yang kemudian di sub kan lagi ke pihak lain. Sehingga mutu beton nya pun berbeda – beda. Mutu beton yang digunakan PT. PPE disebutkan nya menggunakan k 250, tapi cepat hancur seperti kondisi yang terjadi saat ini. Sangat berbeda di jauh dengan kualitas yang dikirim oleh sub kon PT.PPE seperti ready mix beton merah putih yang kualitasnya jauh lebih bagus dan tahan lama.

“Jadi PT. PPE itu ngambil ready mix betonnya dari beberapa sumber. Bukan hanya produk dia. Makanya kualitasnya beda-beda. Seperti beton kiriman PT.PPE yang di jalur ke benteng sekarang kondisinya sudah rusak berat. Padahal waktu itu dari inspektorat sudah meminta hasil uji labnya, dan PT.PPE memberikan hasil uji lab k 250 tapi kok hasilnya cepat hancur. Mungkin k 250 versi mereka kali ya. Yang jelas kualitas produk PT. PPE jelek”, imbuh sekdes, Kamis (03/11/2022).

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada keterangan yang didapat dari ekbang Kecamatan Cigombong selalu tim monev pembangunan sebelum tim inspektorat turun melakukan peninjauan. Demikian juga Pihak PT.PPE masih juga belum bisa dimintai keterangan. Namun yang memicu pertanyaan masyarakat, meski pada pelaksanaan Samisade tahun 2021 banyak ditemukan permasalahan, namun tidak ada transparansi untuk publik atas sanksi yang diberikan pada si pelanggar.

“Samisade tahun 2021 aja masalahnya banyak, tapi tidak ada tindakan tegas dari aparat terkait. Apa udah pada kebagian makan “kue” nya atau memang bagian dari sistem yang telah diatur agar Samisade tahun 2022 ini cair lagi?”, tandas Ketua LSM Getar Pasundan, Diana Papilaya.
