SUKABUMI, (BS) – Polres Sukabumi merilis enam kasus dugaan tindak pidana persetubuhan atau perbuatan cabul dengan korban anak yang masih dibawah umur bertempat di Mapolres Sukabumi pada hari Sabtu (12/11/22) kemarin pagi.
Kapolres Sukabumi AKBP Dedy Darmawansyah didampingi Wakapolres Sukabumi Kompol R Bimo Moernanda memimpin kegiatan konferensi pers tetang ungkap kasus perbuatan cabul tersebut.
Dengan didampingi Kasat Reskrim Polres Sukabumi AKP Dian Pornomo Dedy mengatakan kepada awak media ” Alhamdulillah hari ini kita merilis enam kasus perbuatan cabul terhadap anak dibawah umur,” ungkapnya.
Menurut Dedy, dari enam kasus dugaan tindak pidana perbuatan cabul itu yang menarik adalah ada tersangka yang berinisial SG yang diduga pada awalnya sebagai pelaku curas yang menewaskan mertuanya Musikah di Kecamatan Surade.
” Pada awalnya kami menduga SG ini sebagai pelaku curas yang menewaskan korban Musikah tapi fakta dilapangan kami temukan bukti SG ini sebagai pelaku perbuatan cabul dengan korban cucu Musikah yang mana korban merupakan anak tiri SG,” kata AKBP Dedy Darmawansyah.
Sementara Kasi Humas Polres Sukabumi Ipda Aah Saepul Rohman menerangkan dari enam kasus cabul yang diungkap dengan TKP diwilayah Kecamatan Cibadak, Kecamatan Cikidang, Kecamatan Surade, Kecamatan dan Kecamatan Palabuhanratu.
” Rata-rata perbuatan cabul tersebut pelakunya orang yang dikenal dan mempunyai hubungan dekat dengan para korbannya,” ungkap Aah.
Kemudia Aah menjelaskan dalam pengungkapan enam kasus cabul tersebut ada lima pelaku yang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh penyidik PPA Satuan Reskrim Polres Sukabumi.
” Modus para pelaku diawali dengan bujuk rayu kemudian para korban dipaksa untuk mengikuti hasrat nafsu bejatnya,” pungkas Aah
