BOGOR, (BS) – Ketua Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Bogor Irfan Firmansyah mengungkapkan, rapat koordinasi dengan sejumlah partai peserta pemilu dan ormas serta wartawan bertujuan untuk memberikan wacana perubahan Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil).
“Isu wacana perubahan Dapil pada pemilu mendatang untuk disosialisasi kepada masyarakat agar memberikan masukan untuk diusulkan ke KPU pusat Jakarta, ” kata Ketua Bawaslu Kabupaten Bogor, Irfan Firmansyah, di hadapan rapat koordinasi untuk berikan masukan isu perubahan Dapil di Kabupaten Bogor di Hotel M-One, Rabu (14/12/22).
Karena itu, ia menekankan kepada peserta rapat koordinasi berjumlah 50 dari unsur partai, ormas dan media bisa memberikan masukan untuk diusulkan ke KPU pusat.
“Usulan atau aspiransi dari partai peserta pemilu, ormas, media, dan masyarakat terkait perubahab Dapil sepenuhnya keputusan KPU pusat, ” jelasnya.
Sementara, KPU Kabupaten Bogor devisi sosialisasi pemilu, kang Yana panggilan akrab, menyebutkan, bahwa keputusan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Nomor 488 Tahun 2022 sebagai pedoman teknis penataan daerah pemilihan dan alokasi kursi anggota Dewan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor.
Ia menjelaskan, apa itu Dapil (Daerah Pemilihan) anggota DPRD Kabupaten/Kota yang selanjutnya disebut Dapil adalah kecamatan atau gabungan kecamatan atau bagian kecamatan yang dibentuk sebagai kesatuan wilayah/daerah berdasarkan jumlah Penduduk.
Hal itu, menurutnya, untuk menentukan alokasi kursi sebagai dasar pengajuan calon oleh pimpinan partai politik dan penetapan calon terpilih anggota pilih anggota DPRD Kabupaten/Kota. (PKPU 6TAHUN 2022).
Perubahan itu lanjut kang Yana, harua melalui prinsip-prinsip penataan daerah pemilihan yakni, kesetaraan suara, ketaatan pada sistem Pemilu yang proporsional, coterminus , kohesivitas, integralitas wilayah, dan kesinambungan.
Hal itu juga atas dasar Undang-Undang No, 7 Tahun 2017 soal pemilu, tentang perubahan Dapil, namun tidak menambah jumlah kursi tetap calon legislatif 55 anggota dewan. Seperti di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor.
Wacana perubahan Dapil di Kabupaten Bogor, sebagian besar peserta rapat tidak menyetujui, dengan dalih selama ini mereka telah berupaya melakukan pendekatan di masing-masing wilayah Dapil. Sudah lama dibina bina dan pendekatan dengan masyarakat, tentu memerlukan waktu, dana, dan berbagai fasilitas lainnya.
