Jakarta, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Presiden Joko Widodo menerima surat kepercayaan dari sembilan duta besar luar biasa dan berkuasa penuh (LBBP) negara-negara sahabat. Penyerahan surat kepercayaan tersebut digelar di Ruang Kredensial, Istana Merdeka, Jakarta, pada Senin, 25 Oktober 2021.
Prosesi acara penyerahan surat kepercayaan dimulai dengan diperdengarkannya lagu kebangsaan dari masing-masing negara sahabat setelah duta besarnya tiba di Istana Merdeka.
Adapun kesembilan duta besar negara sahabat yang diterima oleh Presiden ialah:
1. Usman Ari Ogah, Duta Besar LBBP Republik Federal Nigeria untuk Republik Indonesia;
2. Rut Krüger Giverin, Duta Besar LBBP Kerajaan Norwegia untuk Republik Indonesia;
3. Ina Ruth Luise Lepel, Duta Besar LBBP Republik Federal Jerman untuk Republik Indonesia;
4. Kevin Jeffery Burnett, Duta Besar LBBP Selandia Baru untuk Republik Indonesia;
5. Ahmed Abdulla Ahmed Alharmasi Alhajeri; Duta Besar LBBP Kerajaan Bahrain untuk Republik Indonesia;
6. Filomeno Aleixo Da Cruz, Duta Besar LBBP Republik Demokratik Timor Leste untuk Republik Indonesia;
7. Lilla Karsay, Duta Besar LBBP Hongaria untuk Republik Indonesia;
8. Vasyl Hamianin, Duta Besar LBBP Ukraina untuk Republik Indonesia; dan
9. Maria João Falcão Poppe Lopes Cardoso, Duta Besar LBBP Portugal untuk Republik Indonesia
Sejumlah protokol kesehatan dijalankan dalam prosesi penyerahan surat kepercayaan tersebut seperti tetap menjaga jarak dan mengenakan masker.
Penyerahan surat kepercayaan tersebut menandai dimulainya penugasan resmi para duta besar tersebut di Indonesia. Seluruh duta besar tersebut untuk selanjutnya akan berkedudukan di Indonesia (Jakarta).
Setelah selesai menyerahkan surat kepercayaan kepada Presiden Joko Widodo, para duta besar beserta pendamping masing-masing berpamitan. Lagu Kebangsaan Indonesia Raya turut diperdengarkan pada kesempatan tersebut.
Turut hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut Menteri Luar Negeri Retno Marsudi, Sekretaris Kabinet Pramono Anung, Kepala Sekretariat Presiden Heru Budi Hartono, Sekretaris Militer Presiden Marsda TNI M. Tony Harjono, Komandan Paspampres Mayjen TNI Tri Budi Utomo, serta Direktur Jenderal Protokol dan Konsuler/KPN Kementerian Luar Negeri, Andy Rachmianto. (Red)
