Terkait Retakan Rambut pada U-Ditch, Begini Tanggapan UPT Laboratorium Bahan Konstruksi Dinas PUPR

Bogor, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Kepala UPT Laboratorium Bahan Konstruksi Kelas A Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Bogor Bobby Wahyudi memberikan tanggapan terkait ditemukannya retakan rambut pada U-Ditch pembuatan saluran drainase atau gorong-gorong di ruas jalan Raya Jasinga-Tenjo beberapa waktu lalu.

“Ya benar, itu sebaiknya pelaksana minta repair atau retur aja ke vendornya jangan diam saja,” tegas Bobby dikonfirmasi wartawan melalui pesan Whatsappnya, Kamis (02/12/2021).

“Yang kita uji kan, komposisi material pembentukannya, retak itu bisa jadi pada saat loadingnya gak hati-hati, udah gitu umurnya mungkin belum 14 hari, pada saat bongkar muat terjadi kerusakan, sebaiknya yang rusak itu diperbaiki atau dikembalikan dan diganti yang baru,” ungkapnya.

Retakan rambut yang terjadi, kata Bobby, itu bisa jadi belum cukup umur sudah dikirimkan, udah gitu bongkar muatnya gak hati-hati.

Dia menambahkan, hak penyedia jasa atau pelaksana sebagai pembeli untuk minta ganti kalau memang kerusakannya struktur.

“Kalau cuman retak rambut dan gak tembus itu perbaikannya di sealent aja bisa kan, di dalamnya ada tulangan, kalau retakannya tembus atau belah minta ganti,” terangnya.

Terpisah, pelaksana CV. Hegar Bangun Tohaga melalui Ali selaku mandor dilapangan  ketika dikonfirmasi mengenai retakan rambut pada U-Ditch tidak menjawab pertanyaan wartawan.

Dirinya hanya menyampaikan bahwa produk U-Ditch sudah hasil Laboratorium.

“Sudah ada hasil lab (Laboratorium-red) dari pihak pabrik,” kata Ali melalui pesan via WhatsApp dihari yang sama.

Selain itu, Ali mengirimkan Portable Document Format (PDF) surat keterangan Trial Mix Tahun 2021 dari hasil uji laboratorium dan laporan hasil pengujian kuat tekan beton.

Sementara pihak Dinas PUPR hingga berita ini ditulis belum juga berhasil dikonfirmasi. (Der/San).
