BOGOR, (BS) – Keluhan masyarakat terhadap kemacetan yang setiap hari terjadi di jalan Raya Tajur, Bogor Timur, Kota Bogor, terus berkepanjangan karena belum juga ada solusi konkrit dari pemerintah. Padahal kondisi itu sudah terjadi selama bertahun-tahun lamanya.
Selain disebabkan oleh penyempitan jalan akibat berdirinya bangunan-bangunan komersil yang secara kasat mata tanah melakukan pelanggaran perda dengan makanan bahu jalan, lemahnya pemangku jabatan di Kota Bogor mengakibatkan kondisi itu tetap terjadi seperti saat ini.
Sebelumnya, pada tahun 2020 lalu Pemkot Bogor Kembali melakukan observasi dan pengamatan langsung dilaksanakan. Dan akhirnya menemukan penyebab kemacetan parah di Jalan Raya Tajur. Pemicunya diketahui akibat pelanggaran site plan pada bangunan mall baru Boxies 123 di Kelurahan Tajur, Bogor Timur, Kota Bogor.
Seperti diberitakan disejumlah media, Kepala Dishub Kota Bogor Eko Prabowo saat itu mengatakan, setelah melakukan observasi atau pengamatan langsung serta kajian lalu lintas (lalin) pasca-beroperasinya pusat perbelanjaan berkonsep indoor outbound (inbound) itu, ditemukan ketidaksesuaian antara site plan dengan realisasi pembangunan mal lima lantai yang menempati lahan seluas 50 ribu meter persegi itu.
“Bahwa dalam rekomendasi sesuai site plan ada beberapa kegiatan yang belum dilaksanakan oleh pihak mall. Di antaranya pembangunan celukan, shelter khusus pemberhentian angkot, serta trotoar khusus pejalan kaki. Seharusnya itu dilaksanakan karena jelas disebutkan dalam rekomendasi dari Pemkot Bogor,” ujarnya, Eko di Tajur, Kota Bogor, Kamis (23/1/2020) lalu kepada awak media.
Bahkan, lanjutnya, tiga rekomendasi yang tidak dilaksanakan. Terkait kajian Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan Lalu Lintas (Andalalin), pelengkapan pembangunan yang harus dipenuhi oleh pihak mal. Bahkan, kondisi di lapangan juga harus disesuaikan sesuai arahan dari Wali Kota Bogor, bahwa seluruh pohon yang ada di depan mal jangan sampai ditebang.
“Pohon-pohon di sana harus tetap dipertahankan dan jangan ditebang. Pembangunan yang belum dilaksanakan harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi pohon yang ada di sana,” jelasnya.
Selain itu, dalam mengurai kemacetan, pihaknya tanah melakukan rekayasa lalu lintas di depan mal tersebut, khususnya saat akhir pekan, sebab sebelumnya kawasan Jalan Raya Tajur memang sudah sering macet.
“Pintu akses keluar dan masuk memang ada di tikungan itu, tetapi kami selalu melakukan rekayasa lalin apabila kondisi krodit. Perlu juga dilakukan penambahan petugas d ilapangan untuk mengatur lalu lintas,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Wakil Ketua DPRD dari Partai Gerindra Jenal Mutaqin mengaku terkejut ternyata ada beberapa rekomendasi dari Pemkot yang tidak dijalankan oleh pihak investor, sehingga keberadaan mall tersebut cukup berdampak negatif dan meresahkan publik, khususnya para pengguna jalan.
Berdasarkan pantauan Beritasatoe.com di jalur ini, Senin (25/04/2022) laju kendaraan di kedua arah mengalami kemacetan panjang. Bahkan saking padatnya volume kendaraan di jalur ini tidak sedikit kendaraan yang bersenggolan hingga memicu perdebatan yang memicu keributan antar pengendara.
Ironisnya pemasangan bola-bola kristal yang ditanam dalam aspal yang sedianya untuk pembatas jalan, malah jadi memicu banyak terjadinya kecelakaan yang dialami para pengendara, khususnya kendaraan roda dua. Terutama terjadi pada malah hari dan saat turun hujan.(RDN/Red).
