Pada wawancara dengan Tim Jamkesnews ia mengatakan spekulasinya tentang penyakit yang ia alami disebabkan juga karena keturunan. Ia juga mengungkapkan tidak pernah menyangka ia bisa dirawat di rumah sakit dan selesai pengobatan tanpa mengeluarkan uang sedikitpun.
“Keluhan penyakit yang sama dengan keluarga lainnya, sebelum ada jaminan kesehatan ya diatasi dengan pengobatan alternatif. Sejak ada Program JKN saya andalkan sebagai perlindungan saya dan keluarga, saya pun jadi tidak khawatir lagi memikirkan biaya pengobatan apabila jatuh sakit. Pengalaman lainnya, suami saya pernah mendapatkan rawat inap di rumah sakit yang sama, walaupun kami sekeluarga membayar iuran di kelas tiga tapi saat itu ditempatkan di kelas dua karena ruang inap kelas tiga penuh,” tambah Siti.
Peserta JKN yang mendapatkan layanan rawat inap akan ditempatkan di ruangan sesuai hak kelas rawat inap, namun apabila hak kelas rawat inap di rumah sakit penuh maka bisa ditempatkan naik satu tingkat hak kelas rawat inapnya. Sesuai dengan pengalaman suami Siti, sebagai peserta JKN yang rutin membayar iuran di kelas tiga tidak membuatnya merasakan perbedaan layanan, sebaliknya ia merasakan layanan kesehatan yang baik.
