CIBINONG, (BS) – Memiliki buah hati merupakan sebuah anugerah yang dinanti oleh pasangan yang telah berumah tangga. Seperti halnya yang diharapkan Siti Susilawati (37) warga Desa Waru, Kecamatan Parung yang telah menantikan keturunan.
Penantiannya berbuah manis dengan kelahiran anak laki-laki di tahun 2019, perempuan yang kesehariannya disibukkan dengan berjualan es ini tidak menyangka jaminan kesehatan yang ia miliki dapat menjamin biaya operasi caesar kelahiran putranya.
Dalam keadaan sulit memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, di saat yang sama ia juga harus menyiapkan biaya kelahiran untuk sang buah hati yang ia yakini akan memakan biaya yang tidak sedikit pada saat itu.
Masuk dalam daftar Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) membuat ia terdaftar pada segmen Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) APBN yang iurannya dibayarkan oleh pemerintah. Ditemui di Kantor Desa Waru dan ditemani sang buah hati ia menceritakan pengalaman saat memanfaatkan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) kepada Tim Jamkesnews.
“Saya cukup lama mendambakan kehadiran buah hati dalam rumah tangga saya, jadi ketika sudah dikasih kepercayaan saya siap termasuk dengan menyiapkan biaya kelahiran bayi. Sudah mengumpulkan uang untuk biaya lahiran tapi alhamdulillah tidak terpakai karena pelayanan kesehatan saya dan bayi sudah dijamin Program JKN,” ungkap Siti, Rabu (28/09).
” Saya tidak menyangka karena saya tidak merasa membayar iuran setiap bulannya, namun kehadiran pemerintah sangat membantu melalui Program JKN,” ujarnya.
Tidak sampai di situ, bagi Siti Program JKN sangat penting untuk ia dan keluarga. Ia mengatakan di hidupnya seperti anugerah sekeluarga bisa terdaftar sebagai peserta JKN apa lagi yang gratis. Fokus mencari nafkah untuk membesarkan buah hati tanpa harus memikirkan harus membayar iuran setiap bulannya. Ia akui pentingnya keberlangsungan Program JKN, program yang sangat membantu masyarakat terutama bagi mereka yang tergolong tidak mampu.
“Sebelumnya saya anggota RS Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa yang punya program bagi masyarakat miskin yang sedang sakit bisa berobat gratis, namun saat melahirkan saya diminta melampirkan Kartu JKN juga alhamdulillah sudah punya. Biaya pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit apa lagi lahiran dengan proses caesar seperti saya merupakan hal yang mewah, namun dengan terdaftar sebagai peserta JKN tidak harus kaya semua masyarakat memiliki hak pelayanan kesehatan yang sama,” tutup Siti.
