Cibinong, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Dishub Kabupaten Bogor membantah jika terjadi pembiaran atas kerusakan beberapa Traffic Light di beberapa titik yang tidak berfungsi.
Hal itu disampaikan Deni Setiawan selaku Kepala Seksi (Kasie) Manajemen Rekayasa (Manrek) Dishub Kabupaten Bogor kepada media ini saat dikonfirmasi di kantornya, Selasa (07/09).
Deni mengatakan bahwa terkait keberadaan traffic light yang ada di jalan kabupaten memang menjadi tanggung jawab dinas perhubungan jika terjadi kerusakan. Dirinya juga mengatakan jika anggaran pemeliharaan baik untuk kategori ringan, sedang dan berat pada traffic light itu, sebenarnya ada, tapi semua harus melalui proses lelang.
“Untuk anggaran perawatan itu ada, tapi karena komponen pada traffic light itu rata-rata harganya mahal, maka pengadaan barangnya harus melalui lelang dulu di Unit Lelang Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa (ULPB),” jelas Deni.
Biasanya kita siapkan stok komponen, dari pengadaan tahun sebelumnya,kata Deni. Cuma stok komponen yang kita miliki itu terkadang tidak sesuai dengan kerusakan yang ada, maka dari itu kita harus mengadakan lelang pengadaan kompenen lagi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, Ucap Deni.
” Jadi tidak betul jika dishub melakukan pembiaran terhadap traffic light yang rusak itu. Pada dasarnya saat kerusakan terjadi, tim teknisi kita sudah melakukan pengecekan ke lokasi dan dari situ kita sudah dapatkan gambaran kerusakan dan komponen yang diperlukan untuk diganti,” bebernya.
Nah sekarang dishub sudah mengajukan pengadaan barang /komponen tersebut melalui lelang di ULP dan sedang berproses, ungkap Deni
“Sedang proses lelang di ULP kang, kalo tidak ada kendala dan masa sanggah, insyaallah bulan depan sudah ada pemenang lelang, sehingga semua Traffic Light yang rusak dan tidak berfungsi itu akan segera bisa di perbaiki. Sementara menunggu perbaikan dishub akan menempatkan petugas untuk mengatur lalu lintas di lokasi traffic light yang mati tersebut, khususnya di jam-jam sibuk guna menghindari kemacetan,” tutupnya.
Sebelumnya tidak berfungsinya Traffic light (TL) di beberapa titik di wilayah 1 UPT Dishub Cibinong dikeluhkan sebagian warga pengguna jalan. Pasalnya dengan tidak berfungsinya Traffic light tersebut lalu lintas di pertigaan yang biasanya lancar dengan adanya rambu-rambu menjadi tersendat dan tidak teratur.
“Gara-gara lampu rambu-rambu lalulintas yang mati kendaraan bermotor pada berebut pingin lewat duluan tanpa memperhatikan keselamatan pengendara lainnya,” kata salah satu warga yang tinggal disekitar traffic light pertigaan Pondok Rajeg – Cikaret. (San)
