Cibinong, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Sebagai salah satu peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional – Kartu Indonesia Sehat (JKN-KIS), Salsabila Nur Hidayah (16) yang merupakan anak pertama di keluarganya itu mengaku jarang terlibat langsung dalam mengurus administrasi. Walaupun begitu ia tidak pernah memiliki pengalaman buruk selama sakit ataupun dipersulit saat memanfaatkan kepesertaan JKN-KIS miliknya untuk dapatkan layanan kesehatan.
“Tahun 2015 ada pengalaman rawat inap karena sakit demam berdarah (DBD) di Rumah Sakit Yonkes 1 Kostrad Kabupaten Bogor. Karena suhu tubuh sudah tinggi jadi langsung dilarikan ke rumah sakit dan dirawat melalui Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD). Orangtua saya menunjukkan kartu JKN-KIS milik saya ke administrasi rumah sakit, dan alhamdulillah gak ada penolakkan atau kesulitan mendapatkan layanan kesehatan,” ujar Salsa, Senin (15/03).
Pelayanan yang dianggap baik membuat Salsa dan keluarga tenang karena sudah terdaftar aktif Program JKN-KIS. Tidak hanya sekali dapatkan layanan ia juga menceritakan pengalaman saat awal pandemi ayahnya berobat rawat jalan karena penyakit tifus. Semua pengalaman yang didapat merupakan pengalaman baik baginya dan keluarga tidak seperti berita negatif yang beredar.
“Sebelumnya saat dengar kata BPJS Kesehatan yang terlintas itu antre, sulit, dan berita negatif lainnya tapi setelah saya mengalami sendiri berita tersebut gak benar. Saya salah satu masyarakat yang membantah berita tersebut karena kenyataan di lapangan layanannya sudah baik dan gak ada perbedaan layanan,” tambah Salsa.
Berdasarkan pengalamannya, Salsa tidak setuju dengan anggapan masyarakat yang menyebut Program JKN-KIS milik BPJS Kesehatan itu negatif. Ia mengatakan orang yang sudah mendapatkan layanan pasti merasakan manfaat Program JKN-KIS. Ia pun berharap masyarakat dapat dengan rutin membayar iuran setiap bulan, karena dengan iuran yang dibayarkan dapat membantu pasien lain yang sedang membutuhkan pelayanan kesehatan.
“Berita negatif ada menurut saya dari orang-orang mendengar kata orang lain tanpa tahu kenyataannya seperti apa. Kalau orang yang pernah menggunakan layanan pasti tidak setuju dengan berita tersebut termasuk saya. Kalau yang dikeluhkan antrean panjang ya sudah pasti berarti peserta JKN-KIS banyak dan banyak juga masyarakat yang merasakan manfaat program ini untuk berobat,” Tutup Salsa. (San)
