TANGGAMUS, (TB) – Tim Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Tanggamus berhasil mengamankan dua tersangka yang diduga bandar dan pengedar Narkotika jenis sabu di Pekon Bandar Kejadian Kecamatan Wonosobo, Senin (18/4/2022).
Kedua tersangka merupakan pasangan kekasih, sang pria berinisial AP (34) warga Pekon Negeri Agung Kecamatan Bandar Negeri Semoung (BNS) dan sang perempuan berinisial MP (30) warga Pekon Pardasuka Kecamatan Pringsewu Kabupaten Pringsewu.
Dalam penangkapan tersebut, petugas berhasil mengamankan 32 klip sabu dengan berat 8 gram lebih dari kedua tersangka tersebut.
Kasatresnarkoba Polres Tanggamus Polda Lampung AKP Deddy Wahyudi, S.H., M.M mengatakan bahwa kedua tersangka ditangkap atas informasi masyarakat bahwa di rumah yang dihuni tersangka AP dan MP dijadikan tempat penjualan Sabu.
Kemudian berdasarkan informasi tersebut, pihaknya melakukan penggerebekan dan berhasil mengamankan kedua tersangka tanpa perlawanan dengan barang bukti 32 klip sabu siap edar.
“Kedua tersangka ditangkap pada hari Rabu, 16 April 2022, sekitar pukul 06.30 WIB di Pekon Bandar Kejadian, Wonosobo, Tanggamus,” kata AKP Deddy Wahyudi mewakili Kapolres Tanggamus Polda Lampung AKBP Satya Widhy Widharyadi, S.I.K.
Sambungnya, adapun barang bukti yang diamankan dari tersangka AP berupa 31 plastik klip berisikan kristal putih diduga narkotika jenis sabu seberat 8,19 gram, tas kecil warna hitam, 1 bundel plastik klip kecil dan handphone.
Lalu dari tersangka MP diamankan barang bukti 1 plastik klip sabu seberat 0.14 gram, kaca pirek, gelas plastik, handphone dan 2 sedotan plastik.
“Barang bukti tersebut ditemukan berada di dalam rumah yang dihuni kedua tersangka,” Ujarnya.
Kasat menambahkan, kedua tersangka berikut barang bukti Narkotika tersebut ditahan di Mapolres Tanggamus guna proses penyidikan lebih lanjut.
“Terhadap mereka dijerat pasal 114, 112 UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 ancaman maksimal 20 tahun penjara,” Pungkasnya. (Robby/Red)
