BOGOR, (BS) – Kualitas beton pada proyek rekontruksi peningkatan jalan Cihideung – Maseng di Wilayah Desa Cibalung, Kecamatan Cijeruk, patut dipertanyakan.
Pasalnya, belum lama ditebar, kondisi beton di lokasi proyek tersebut sudah retak. Diduga, pelaksana proyek menggunakan kualitas beton yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR).
Berdasarkan pantauan Beritasatoe.com di lapangan, Selasa (02/08/2022), beton di lokasi proyek yang dilaksanakan oleh CV. Haskar Persada dengan konsultan PT Bina Index Colsult dengan sumber dana dari APBD Kabupaten Bogor senilai Rp. 1.972.950.800.00 itu, tampak retak – retak di beberapa bagian.
Untuk menutupi kondisi tersebut, pelaksana proyek merekatkan aspal cair di bagian – bagian yang retak.
Selain itu, tidak ditemukan adanya bangunan direksi kit di lokasi proyek yang semestinya disediakan oleh pelaksana sesuai ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan dinas.
Ironisnya, ketika Beritasatoe.com mencoba menghubungi pelaksana proyek yang diketahui bernama Doni untuk dimintai keterangan melalui pesan singkat, nomor yang bersangkutan tidak aktif. Dan di lokasi proyek tidak tampak satu orangpun pekerja yang beraktifitas.
Saat Pengecoran Sempat Terjadi Kekisruhan
Sebelumnya, saat pengecoran beberapa hari yang lalu, sempat terjadi kekisruhan di lokasi proyek, antara pihak proyek dengan warga setempat.
Hal itu dipicu oleh minimnya koordinasi teknis yang dilakukan pihak pelaksana. Mandor proyek yang enggan menyebutkan namanya yang berada di lokasi mengaku kewalahan, karena dia tidak dibekali dana operasional oleh pelaksananya. Bahkan dia menyatakan akan mogok kerja jika pelaksana tidak segera menyelesaikan permasalahan – permasalahan yang terjadi di lingkungan proyek.
“Terus terang aja saya pusing menghadapi situasi ini, pekerjaan dituntut tuntas tapi saya tidak dibekali dana operasional untuk di lapangan. Wajar aja warga yang mengatur lintasan marah – marah. Kalo gini terus saya mau mogok kerja”, beber Mandor Proyek, Rabu (27/07/2022) malam.
Ironisnya lagi, mandor proyek tersebut mencoba menyuap awak media yang meliput di lokasi kegiatan dengan memberikan sejumlah uang yang diakui dari uang pribadinya, namun ditolak.
“Tolong jangan dipublikasikan pak, ini saya ada uang pribadi dua ratus ribu, ya itung – itung buat ganti bensin bapak – bapak lah”, katanya.
Akibat insiden itu, sekitar lima unit armada truk molen pengangkut beton ready mix tertahan di lintasan hingga terjadi antrean panjang. Kondisi itu membuat gusar para sopir karena mereka khawatir beton yang mereka bawa slumpnya akan terus menurun hingga akhirnya membeku.
“Waduh, kalo gini terus beton yang saya bawa bisa beku, kalo kualitas betonnya silahkan ditanya aja ke pelaksana karena kami hanya mengantar sesuai orderan, yang pasti ini slumpnya 12. Tapi karena kami sudah nunggu lama pasti sekarang sudah susut jadi 10”, imbuh Sopir armada yang mengaku bernama irvan.
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada keterangan yang didapat dari dinas terkait, konsultan maupun pelaksana proyek.
Warga berharap kepada yang berwenang agar menyikapi serius permasalahan tersebut karena warga merasa sangat dirugikan jika kualitas infrastruktur di wilayahnya buruk. Terlebih, sumber dana pembangunan infrastruktur berasal dari masyarakat.
