CIBINONG, (BS) – Tingginya tarif parkir di RSUD Cibinong yang diterapkan oleh pengelola parkir PT. Baraya Hiraya terus menuai polemik dan menjadi perhatian serius wakil rakyat di DPRD Kabupaten Bogor.
Setelah Ketua Komisi II DPRD Kabupaten Bogor Sastra Wardana menyatakan akan segera melakukan pengecekan dan mempertanyakan hal tersebut ke pihak RSUD. Kini giliran wakil rakyat dari Komisi IV ikut bersuara.
Usep Syaefulloh politikus dari Partai Amanat Nasional atau PAN merasa prihatin jika hal itu benar terjadi.

” PT mana yg mengelolanya? berapa nilai kontraknya ? isi kontraknya seperti apa? selama berapa tahun? Dari situ kita akan mengetahui secara jelas,” ucapnya.
Lebih lanjut Usep mengatakan, terkait tingginya tarif parkir itu tentu sangat memprihatinkan. Kami Komisi 4 DPRD Kabupaten Bogor akan segera memanggil pihak RSUD Cibinong untuk meminta penjelasan, tegas Usep kepada tugasbangsa.com, Sabtu (17/09).
Tanggapan juga datang dari pemerhati kebijakan pemerintah yang juga Ketua Umum Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Masyarakat Pejuang Bogor Atiek Yulis Setyowati.
Dalam keterangan tertulisnya Atiek dengan tegas menyatakan bahwa kebijakan perparkiran di beberapa RSUD untuk memakai pihak ketiga (Secure Parking) penting untuk dikaji ulang.
” Saya kira kebijakan perparkiran yang ada di semua Rumah Sakit milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor harus dikaji dan dievaluasi kembali. Seyogyanya parkir yang ada di semua RSUD harus diberikan kebijakan gratis, untuk meringankan beban keluarga pasien dan pengunjung,” cetusnya.

Menurut Atiek, kebijakan parkir gratis tersebut untuk payung hukumnya bisa dibuatkan melalui Peraturan Daerah (Perda) atau Peraturan Bupati (Perbub). Ini demi keamanan dan kenyamanan bersama,” tandasnya.
Untuk diketahui, sebelumnya warga masyarakat pengunjung Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Cibinong mengeluhkan tingginya tarif jasa parkir yang ditetapkan oleh pengelola jasa parkir di tempat tersebut.
” Saya heran di tempat pelayanan umum yang notabene milik pemerintah itu, tarif parkirnya kok jauh lebih mahal dari tarif parkir di tempat umum milik swasta,” keluh salah satu pengunjung RSUD yang enggan dipublikasikan identitasnya, kepada wartawan, Jum’at (16/09/2022).
Bayangkan untuk kendaraan jenis roda dua/motor pengelola parkir menerapkan tarif Rp. 2.000,- (dua ribu rupiah) per jamnya degan maksimal 5 Jam atau paling banyak Rp. 10.000,-
