DEPOK, (BS) – Bertempat di Aula Kantor Pusat, PT. Tirta Asasta Depok (Perseroda) menggelar kegiatan Apresiasi Pelanggan Terbaik 2022. Hal tersebut di lakukan sebagai wujud apresiasi kepada para pelanggan setia dan rasa terima kasih atas kepercayaan yang diberikan oleh pelanggan serta sekaligus memperingati Hari Pelanggan Nasional (Harpelnas) yang dirayakan pada 4 September 2022

Acara ini dibuka langsung oleh Dr. Ade Dikdik Isnandar, Ak, M.Si, CA selaku Direktur Umum PT Tirta Asasta Depok (Perseroda). Hadir dalam acara ini, Bapak Drs. Usman Haliyana, M.Si selaku Staf Ahli Bidang Ekonomi Pembangunan mewakili Bapak Walikota Depok, dalam sambutannya beliau menyampaikan apresiasi kepada PT. Tirta Asasta Depok yang telah menggelar acara yang dinilai positif dan dapat membangun silaturahmi dengan para pelanggan

“Saya berharap dengan terselenggaranya kegiatan ini, Usman berharap para pelanggan terbaik yang terpilih dapat ikut membantu mensosialisasikan penggunaan air Tirta Asasta dan turut serta dalam menjaga lingkungan,” jelasnya.

Dalam acara ini, 11 pelanggan terpilih diundang ke Kantor Pusat PT. Tirta Asasta Depok sebagai pelanggan terbaik. Pelanggan terbaik dipilih dengan kualifikasi penilaian pemakaian diatas 10m3 dan selalu awal waktu dalam melakukan pembayaran tagihan air Tirta Asasta.

Tidak hanya untuk mempererat silaturahmi dengan para pelanggan, Tirta Asasta berharap dapat lebih dekat lagi dan lebih maksimal memberikan pelayanan terbaik lagi bagi para pelanggannya.

Selain menyelenggarakan acara Apresiasi Pelanggan Terbaik, Tirta Asasta juga sedang menyelenggarakan promo Gratis Biaya Pemasangan bagi wilayah yang telah tersedia jaringan pipa Tirta Asasta Depok dan memberikan akses pendaftaran yang semakin mudah. Kini, pendaftaran dapat dilakukan melalui registrasi online di www.tirtaasastadepok.co.id atau datang langsung ke kantor pelayanan terdekat dengan membawa persyaratan diantaranya Foto copy KTP, Foto copy SPT PBB terbaru, Materai 10000.
