CITEUREUP, (BS) – Pengunjung Rumah Sakit Annisa Citeuruep Bogor mengeluhkan tinggi atau mahalnya tarif parkir yang diterapkan pihak Pengelola Parkir di RS tersebut.
ED (Inisial) salah satu warga yang kebetulan keluarganya dirawat di RS tersebut mengaku kesal dengan tarif parkir yang dianggapnya sangat mahal dan tidak manusiawi.
” Saya parkir lebih kurang 7 jam lamanya karena menunggu anak yang sedang dirawat di RS itu. Saya kaget pas keluar parkir, berdasarkan tiket parkir saya harus bayar sebesar Rp.15.000.” Ucapnya.
“Saya pun sempat tanyakan ke petugas parkirnya. Kenapa mahal sekali tarif parkir itu. Jawaban petugas ke saya, itu sudah sesuai aturannya,” terang ED.

Berdasarkan pengakuan warga tersebut, kami (Wartawan-red) yang kebetulan sedang berkunjung ke RS Annisa karena menengok saudara yang lagi sakit, mencoba membuktikan sendiri pada saat keluar parkir. Dan benar saja sesuai tiket parkir, kendaraan kami masuk pukul 12.46 WIB siang dan keluar pukul 15. 21 WIB dikenakan tarif sebesar Rp. 7,000.
Saat kami coba tanyakan kepada petugas parkirnya, berapa sebenarnya tarif yang mereka tetapkan. Salah satu petugas menjawab bahwa untuk Jam pertama Rp3.000 dan selanjutnya jam ke 2 hingga maksimal 12 jam dikenakan Rp2. 000 per jam nya.
“Untuk jam pertama Rp.3.000 pak. Dan jam berikutnya Rp.2.000, berlaku maksimal 12 jam,” kata petugas tersebut.

Jadi dengan kata lain, jika kendaraan kita parkir selama 12 jam di RS tersebut, maka kita bisa dikenakan kewajiban bayar parkir mencapai Rp 25.000,- rupiah.
Tentu hal ini sangat memberatkan dan menjadi pertanyaan apakah penetapan tarif itu sudah sesuai dengan aturan. Dan karena Rumah Sakit adalah fasilitas pelayanan umum, Apakah tarif itu sudah mengedepankan rasa atau jiwa sosial?
Untuk menjawab hal itu, hingga berita ini ditayangkan, media ini masih terus mencoba mengklarifikasi hal ini ke pihak terkait (RS Annisa-red).
