CIBINONG, (BS) – Plt. Bupati Bogor Iwan Setiawan meminta agar seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan non ASN di Kabupaten Bogor lebih profesional, inovatif, adaftif, kolaboratif dan senantiasa mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan teknologi dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada seluruh masyarakat.
Hal tersebut disampaikannya pada momen Upacara Peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Korpri ke-51 Tahun 2022 Tingkat Kabupaten Bogor yang berlangsung di Stadion Pakansari Cibinong, Selasa (29/11/22).
“Hari ini merupakan hari lahir Korpri yang ke-51 untuk ASN yang ada diseluruh Indonesia termasuk di Kabupaten Bogor. Banyak catatan yang harus digarisbawahi dan banyak pesan yang harus diatensi supaya ASN lebih profesional, inovatif, adaptif, kolaboratif jangan sensitif. Saya sebagai penasehat Korpri Kabupaten Bogor minta seluruh ASN dan non ASN di lingkup Kabupaten Bogor bisa melaksanakannya dengan optimal,” terang Plt. Bupati Bogor.
Lebih lanjut, Plt. Bupati Bogor menerangkan bahwa, seluruh ASN yang ada di Kabupaten Bogor harus mengikuti zaman dan perkembangan teknologi, agar layanan terhadap masyarakat lebih profesional.
“Saya harap ASN di Kabupaten Bogor profesional, akuntabel dan transparan bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik, karena negara tambah aturan, makin ketat, masyarakat makin kritis apapun yang kita lakukan walaupun baik pasti ada kritik dan koreksi dari masyarakat. berlomba-lombalah memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat lebih baik dan sempurna. Saya percaya semua bisa bekerja dan memberikan layanan lebih baik,” ungkap Iwan Setiawan.
Dirinya juga menghimbau kepada seluruh ASN di Kabupaten Bogor, agar mengedepankan profesionalisme, artinya bekerja sesuai dengan posisi, jabatan dan apa yang diperintahkan oleh pimpinan. Misal seorang Kasi bekerja sebagai Kasi, Kabid bekerja sebagai Kabid, Sekdis sebagai Sekdis, dan seterusnya, serta bekerja senantiasa menghormati hirarki jabatan.
“Bekerjalah dengan serius, ikhlas dan profesional, hindari sifat bekerja individualistis, berpikir subjektif supaya bisa bekerja fokus agar reformasi birokrasi terus berkembang. Profesionalisme ditingkatkan supaya termotivasi, mudah-mudahan kedepan bisa dipahami dan dilaksanakan, kedepankan layanan kepada masyarakat, ASN disumpah menjadi abdi negara melayani masyarakat,” Iwan menegaskan.
Ia juga menerangkan bahwa ASN diatur dengan banyak aturan mulai dari UU, Peraturan Pemerintah, Peraturan Menteri, Perbup dan lainnya sehingga ASN tidak bisa bebas, harapannya adalah untuk melahirkan ASN yang lebih profesional. Semoga Korpri semakin sukses, maju dan menjunjung Panca Prasetya Korps Pegawai Republik Indonesia, teruslah berbakti kepada ibu pertiwi.
