CIBINONG, (BS) – Kehadiran Kader JKN membantu masyarakat mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai Program JKN, pelayanan kesehatan, sampai mengingatkan pembayaran iuran khususnya tagihan segmen Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU).

Seorang ibu rumah tangga asal Desa Waru Kabupaten Bogor Sadiyah (47) memberikan perhatian lebih dari manfaat keberlangsungan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) khususnya di lingkungan tempat ia tinggal.

Di tengah kesibukan ikut berkoordinasi dengan warga Desa Waru yang antusias mendapatkan layanan Mobile Customer Service (MCS) ia dengan semangat memberikan informasi terkait layanan Program JKN yang ia pahami.

Pernah memanfaatkan layanan kesehatan Program JKN untuk berobat membuat ia lebih mengerti alur layanan berdasarkan pengalaman yang ia miliki. Bukan hanya saat acara tertentu, setiap harinya secara sukarela ia membantu warga Desa Waru sebagai kader pekerja sosial masyarakat.

“Saya sekeluarga terdaftar sebagai peserta segmen Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU) atau disebut juga mandiri di kelas tiga. Di tahun 2019 di RS Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa saya sedang bantuin tetangga saya berobat, mungkin kecapekan kondisi kesehatan menurun lalu diperiksa ternyata usus buntu dan langsung dilakukan tindakan saat itu juga.

Alur pelayanan menurut saya tidak sulit, kondisi gawat darurat seperti saya saat itu dapat ditangani langsung di rumah sakit yang penting Kartu JKN aktif sesuai prosedur dan indikasi medis,” ujar Sadiyah, Kamis (29/09)

Bertemu dengan Tim Jamkesnews ia menceritakan rencananya untuk beralih segmen Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI). Kondisi perekonomian yang sulit akhir-akhir ini membuat ia berniat mengalihkan kepesertaannya dan keluarga. Tidak mau mengambil risiko membiarkan iuran bulanan keluarganya terus menggulung ia segera mendaftar sebagai peserta PBI ke desa setempat. Memiliki pengalaman yang baik memanfaatkan Program JKN, dengan semangat ia terus menginformasikan layanan Program JKN.

“Jujur saja iurannya cukup berat bagi saya sekeluarga dengan jumlah empat jiwa yang harus dibayar setiap bulannya. Namun manfaatnya yang begitu besar ditambah informasi yang masih minim di desa tempat saya tinggal membuat saya terpanggil untuk menjadi kader. Tidak perlu merasakan sakit baru sadarpentingnya memiliki jaminan kesehatan, adanya Program JKN seharusnya dimanfaatkan sebagai perlindungan sedini mungkin,” tambah Sadiyah.
