CIBINONG, (TB) – Kantor Pertanahan ATR/BPN Kabupaten Bogor kini tengah mengembangkan aplikasi Gercep (Gerak Cepat) dan alat pengukur tanah bernama Limun Tech dalam rangka percepatan pendaftaran tanah.

” Saat ini kita sudah membuat suatu website online, database fisik yuridis untuk percepatan pendaftaran tanah di Kabupaten Bogor,” kata Kasie Survei dan Pemetaan ATR/BPN Kabupaten Bogor, Lili Munir, Selasa 28 Juni 2022.

Hal itu dilakukan kata Limun, karena dalam kurun waktu 2 tahun kedepan ATR/BPN Kabupaten Bogor harus menyelesaikan 4 juta bidang di program PTSL.

Limun menambahkan, program berupa aplikasi online antara Pemerintahan Desa dengan BPN Kabupaten Bogor ini untuk mengatasi banyaknya permasalahan yang terkendala saat melakukan permohonan ke kantor ATR/BPN.

“Rencananya kita akan melatih Karang Taruna ditingkat desa, aparat desa untuk mendatabase kan bidang-bidang tanah yang belum terdaftar demi untuk percepatan,” terang Limun.

Kami dalam hal ini membuat bidang tanah KW 4 mengapa belum ter landingkan karena di desa tidak ada bekas merujuk dari tahun 1960 an sampai sekarang dimana posisi Sertipikat Hak Milik (SHM) itu berada. Dari inilah yang kerap timbul permasalahan di kalangan masyarakat, ungkap Limun.

Selain itu, aplikasi dan alat ukur tanah yang dinamakan Limun Tech ini untuk mempermudah masyarakat dan pemdes di kabupaten bogor khususnya dalam menyelesaikan polemik itu, ujarnya.

“Siapa pun orang yang bekerja di kantor desa di seluruh Indonesia bisa membuka aplikasi ini dengan buka laman dashboard yang bisa mengetahui apakah lahan peruntukkannya di wilayahnya itu. Apakah pedesaan, lahan basah/pertanian atau untuk lahan yang diperuntukkan bagi perindustrian. Jadi di aplikasi ini sudah bisa terlihat dengan mudah,” tuturnya.

Lili mengaku, bahwa aplikasi dan alat Limun Tech yang ia rancang selama kurun waktu 2 tahun belakangan itu, telah dicoba langsung oleh Menteri ATR/BPN RI. Selain itu, untuk memperkenalkan aplikasi serta alat ukur tanah yang diperuntukkan kantor pertanahan di Indonesia, juga dirinya berjanji akan melaunching prodak itu saat hari kemerdekaan di 17 Agustus 2022 tiba.

“Insya Allah kita akan launching serta dibarengi dengan penyuluhan di beberapa pemdes yang ada di kabupaten Bogor, guna memberikan penjelasan tentang penggunaan aplikasi dan alat ukur ini,” ucapnya.

Lebih jauh ia memaparkan, didalam aplikasi yang digagas nya itu sudah terdapat 94 Desa terkait batas administratif, bidang-bidang tanah yang telah terdaftar. Maka dari itu, dirinya mengharapkan peran aktif dari pemdes setempat guna membuat bidang tanah yang belum terdaftar atau tak bersertipikat hak milik.

“Tujuan saya, hanya dalam rangka percepatan pendaftaran tanah dan mengantisipasi permasalahan tanah yang ada di Kabupaten Bogor. Mudah-mudahan aplikasi dan alat ukur tanah ini bisa dijadikan sebagai roal mode (teladan dalam memberikan contoh baik kepada orang lain) untuk Indonesia atau bagi kantor-kantor pertanahan, maupun di tingkat desa-desa,” pungkasnya.
