CIBINONG,(BS) – Plt. Bupati Bogor, Iwan Setiawan mengingatkan pentingnya mengejar target Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL).
Hal ini dikatakannya saat membacakan sambutan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN), Hadi Tjahjanto pada HUT Agraria dan Tata Ruang tahun 2022 tingkat Kabupaten Bogor, di halaman Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Bogor, Cibinong, Senin (26/9).
Peringatan Hari Agraria dan Tata Ruang tahun 2022 ini mengusung tema “Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang atau Badan Pertanahan Nasional Cepat, Berkualitas, dan Tangguh, Akan Mewujudkan Percepatan Transformasi Digital Dalam Sistem Pelayanan Publik, Pengaduan, Perizinan Penanganan Masalah dan Database”.
Dengan demikian diharapkan akan menyebabkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat menjadi transparan, cepat, efektif dan efisien. Sampai saat ini capaian pendaftaran tanah di Indonesia sudah mencapai 81,6 juta bidang atau setara dengan 64,7% untuk mencapai target 100% pada tahun 2025, maka harus menyusun strategi yang terbaik.
Plt. Bupati Bogor, Iwan Setiawan menyebutkan, sejalan dengan tugas yang diberikan Presiden Republik Indonesia, marilah kita bersama-sama melaksanakan percepatan pendaftaran tanah melalui Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap atau PTSL. Penyelesaian sengketa dan konflik pertanahan dengan reforma agraria, serta pemberantasan mafia tanah.
“Saya mengingatkan pentingnya mengejar target PTSL, namun yang tidak kalah penting adalah menjaga kualitas produk yang dihasilkan, sehingga tidak menimbulkan residu dan masalah di kemudian hari. Konflik pertanahan yang sering timbul karena ketimpangan penguasaan dan pemilikan tanah,” ujar Iwan.
Oleh karena itu, lanjut Iwan, beberapa permasalahan dapat diatasi dengan skema reforma agraria. Dengan mendistribusikan tanah-tanah kepada masyarakat, ini harus menjadi perhatian khusus dan segera diselesaikan.
“Membacakan sambutan Menteri ATR / BPN, Iwan juga menuturkan, sampai saat ini mafia tanah sangat meresahkan masyarakat. Masih banyak pengaduan terkait hal tersebut, oleh karena itu mari kita bersama-sama memberantas mafia tanah sampai tidak ada lagi mafia tanah di bumi Indonesia,” tutur Iwan.
Untuk itu kita juga harus bersinergi dengan empat pilar dalam pemberantasan mafia tanah antara lain, Kementerian ATR atau BPN, Pemerintah Daerah, Aparatur Penegak Hukum dan Badan Peradilan.
