MAKASSAR, (BS) – Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN), Hadi Tjahjanto mengatakan bahwa, dirinya sudah mengetahui permasalahan terkait sengketa pertanahan yang terjadi di Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan.
Ia bersama jajaran akan terus mempelajari kasus yang masih berlangsung pada proses hukum ini, dan diharapkan dapat segera diselesaikan dalam waktu dekat.
Hal itu disampaikan Hadi Tjahjanto saat mengunjungi beberapa titik lokasi sengketa pertanahan yang terjadi di Makassar, Kamis 30 Juni 2022.
“Beberapa permasalahan tersebut telah ditetapkan menjadi prioritas penyelesaian pada tahun 2022. Karena tahun 2022 ini kasus yang harus diselesaikan ada tiga yang sudah ditangani dengan baik,” ujar Hadi.
Lebih lanjut, Menteri ATR/Kepala BPN menuturkan, maksud dan tujuan dalam meninjau beberapa lokasi permasalahan tersebut, yakni melihat secara fisik objek sengketa, sehingga kemudian dapat mengambil kebijakan untuk proses lebih lanjut.
“Saya berharap penyelesaian permasalahan tanah di Kota Makassar khususnya di lokasi prioritas penyelesaian, dapat diselesaikan dengan baik tanpa menyebabkan kerugian dari pihak mana pun,” ucapnya.
Kemudian, dalam rangkaian kegiatan, juga dilalui lokasi permasalahan tanah Masjid Al-Markaz yang terletak di Jalan Kandea dan Jalan Masjid Raya Kelurahan Baraya, Kecamatan Bontoala, Kota Makassar. Terakhir, Hadi Tjahjanto beserta rombongan melalui lokasi permasalahan tanah eks kebun binatang.
Mengakhiri kunjungannya di Sulawesi Selatan, Menteri ATR/Kepala BPN, Hadi Tjahjanto beserta rombongan mengunjungi Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Maros. Setibanya di Kantor Pertanahan, Menteri ATR/Kepala BPN menyapa masyarakat yang sedang mengajukan permohonan layanan pertanahan serta dilanjutkan dengan meninjau loket dan beberapa area di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Maros.
